wind blows (and it sucks too)

took my usual ride down to the avenue and back today around 3-ish. a little breezy! on the way back, it seemed like the wind was blowing in my face the whole time. got really whipped and felt exhausted/shaky when I got home. ate an apple with peanut butter and that set me straight.
