…Ouch. Hamstrings are tight and twitchy.
Now, if the new cassette I ordered would arrive, I can take a break, do some maintenance, and get back into the cyclocommuting mindframe.

I enjoy Neil’s Blog but haven’t actually read any of his “books”! let me know how those stories are!!
New cassette? Sweet! Whatcha get?
I went budget and decided to try one from performance bike, part of their in-house “Forte” brand.
I have an old seven speed I had the choice of getting the cassette, locknut tool and chain whip for a total of 35 dollars or starting off with a shimano at 35 dollars and adding the tools onto that….
So, I went cheap… keep your fingers crossed!
I like PB. My friend and I have been buying the Performance “Spin Doctor” branded tools lately, with good luck (SO FAR!). My truing stand is by them, and it works pretty well. But I’ve never used a Park, so I wouldn’t really know, lol.
